Attended Biola University where he received a Bachelors of Science in Physical Education with an emphasis in secondary education.
While at Biola, Johnny was part of the Men’s Club Volleyball team playing Outside Hitter for four years which started his love for the game.
Johnny received his CPT (Personal Training Certificate) in September of 2020
Johnny is an avid beach player.
Began coaching in 2010 where he was the assistant coach for four seasons at Biola University.
Now does private lessons on the beach for all levels.
This will be his 7th season coaching at Surfside.
