Performance Nutrition

My name is Kayla Davis, and I’m a former Division I volleyball player turned Performance Nutrition Coach. I work with athletes to help them achieve their goals by fueling their bodies with purpose. I’m especially excited to support Surfside athletes as they train for their club and high school seasons, while also building a strong foundation for competition at the collegiate level.

I’m passionate about helping athletes not only improve performance, but also educating them on the “why” behind their nutrition so they can build habits that last far beyond their sport.

My approach is highly individualized. I work with each athlete to create a nutrition plan tailored specifically to their goals, schedule, and training demands and provide education to support these strategies.
