Keaton started her volleyball career at the age of eleven, and continued to play throughout college. Keaton played two years with Southern California Volleyball Club, where she won a gold medal at the 2009 Junior Nationals with Coach Loriann Perkins, and continued to finish first in the SCVA 14s division the following year. Keaton played four years with Club Troy Volleyball Club, finishing in the top 13 in the 18s division, and winning a bronze medal in ay Junior Nationals in 2012.

Keaton was a graduate of Palos Verdes High School, where she was a four-year varsity letter winner under Coach Patrick Lynch, & named team captain and Best Offensive Player her senior year. While at The University of New Mexico, Keaton played on both the Indoor & Sand volleyball team under Head Coach, Jeff Nelson, and secured a spot in the top 20  NCAA teams during the 2016 beach season.

After competing collegiately, Keaton went on to coach Junior Varsity & assist with Varsity at St. Pius High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico, winning the State Title in 2016, and runner up in 2017. Keaton also coached 12’s and 11’s at New Mexico Premier Volleyball Club.
