Bruno Gamboa played club volleyball at SMBC from 2011 to 2016, where he participated on teams that earned silver and bronze medals in the 2013 and 2015 USAV JNC’s club division, respectively. After high school, he attended UC Santa Barbara. While at UCSB he played on the men’s club team, where they won the 2018 NCVF Men’s Division 3 tournament and served as the men’s club B-team head coach for the 2019-2020 season. During that same year, he was an assistant coach for SBVC 14-1s. He graduated from UCSB with B.S. in Biopsychology, earning Honors and Distinction within the Major. He is currently pursuing a M.A. in Clinical Psychology at CSUN.
