Walter has years of coaching experience that he brings to Surfside. Prior to Surfside, he was the assistant coach for the 15’s and 16’s at Starlings Hacienda Heights. In 2011-2013 Walter head coached the 14’s and 18’s Starlings HH teams. From there he switched to Icon VBC and head coached the 15’2, 14’2, and 18’s. Walter was the LAHS Frosh Head coach for one year and the Los Altos Varsity Assistant coach from 2010-2015. In 2015, he was the Bishop Amat Varsity Boys head coach. He has been coaching at USAV HP FSL National Training Team as a Assistant Coach from 2015-2017. Last season Walter was the 15 Legends Silver head coach here at Surfside.
