Born and raised in Isreal until the age of 9, Coach Ore joins Surfside with a unique background. She started officially playing volleyball at the age of 11. Ore played Varsity Volleyball and graduated from Beverly Hills High School. In her time at Beverly Hills High School, Ore was named a First Team All-League and Brentwood First Team All Tournament selection. After high school, Ore completed her degree in Civil Engineering in Technion | Isreal Institute of Technology, and was a Varsity athlete on their Indoor and Beach Volleyball teams. Ore has also played professional volleyball for Maccabi Haifa in Isreal’s Super League. After her college and professional career, Ore returned to California and now works in Culver City. She is excited to be back in the gym teaching young athletes about the game, and looks forward to her first season with Surfside.
