Hannah grew up in Ventura County. She grew up watching her friend play and instantly was drawn to the energy and excitement of the sport. She started out playing for USYVL to understand the fundamentals of the sport where she played her first season at 11 years old on a 13s team. She played middle for the beginning years of her volleyball career and later on played setter and opposite. She went to Saint Bonaventure High School where she played all 4 years and 2 years varsity as a opposite and setter. She also played club from the age of 11 to 17. She played for multiple clubs but finished out her club seasons for 16s, 17s and were ranked Sweat 16!! For both age groups finished out her 17s season as 3rd place for the age group. She has also had the chance to share the love of the sport with her two younger sisters who she has coached in club and school. She continued with the sport by coaching at different schools, clubs, and volunteering her time to special Olympics and help with the volleyball program. The things she loves most about the sport is the excitement of showing up to tournaments and the bond between the players and coach. She is always the loudest cheerleader on the sideline and is excited to start working with the Surfside volleyball family.
