Morgan is the Surfside SO Director and 16 SO Legends Head Coach. She is also the Harvard-Westlake Program Head. Last year, her team won the Division 1 CIF State Championship.
Prior to Harvard-Westlake and Surfside, Morgan was an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Loyola Marymount University. At LMU, Morgan helped the team win its first NCAA tournament game since 2015. Morgan brought in consecutive Top-30 recruiting classes, multiple Gatorade state players of the year, and Fab 50 recruits.
She has also coached at the University of Nebraska and Oregon State. Her stint with Nebraska includes a National Championship in 2015, a Big Ten Championship in 2016, and three NCAA Tournament appearances. While in Lincoln, Morgan earned a Master’s of Art in Educational Psychology.
Morgan also has extensive work experience with USA Volleyball as Technical Assistant Coach for USA in the 2017 Pan Am Cup, Assistant Coach for the 2018 International Collegiate National Team in China, and 2016 Domestic Collegiate National Team in New Orleans.
